Amen. What a waste of good space. Plenty of room to build apartments to house all the creative types (who give the city the flavor that makes it great) who are being squeezed out by the investment banker types and rent decontrolling.

- Do good, conscientious work.
- Think about other people who might be impacted by your work.
- Make fixes to the work so that it complies with (a) and (b). (NO CHEATING ON THIS ONE!)
- After completing said work, if you find yourself asking the question: “what was I thinking?” , please start over at step (a).

Thanks to RD for guiding me into the proper blogging software. Would have taken his advice to use MT, but my ISP has Fantastico (that comes with cPanel) and it installs WordPress (and a couple of others) with the push of a button.
